FAQ
What are your wax melts made of?
The Wax we use is 100% plant based and contains no additives.
We use cruelty free products only (we would never use anything that has been tested on animals)
How do I use a wax melt?
Our wax melts easily "snap" off chunks to be melted. One chunk should give off approx 9-10 hours worth of scent release. You can use either an electric or tealight burner but we recommend tealight burners as they reach hotter temperatures so provide better scent release.
How long does delivery take?
All products listed on the website are made up and in stock, this means there is no waiting for your products to be made to order, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours, we use Royal mail and Hermes to deliver our orders.
How do I remove a wax melt?
We find the easiest way is to allow the wax to melt in the dish and then use cotton balls to soak up the wax. Dispose of the balls and pop a new wax melt in the dish.
Alternatively you can turn on (if electric) or light a tea light under your burner and leave the wax to warm for around 30 seconds (slightly longer in electric burners). You should then be able to slide the wax out of the dish and dispose of it.
How are wax melts different to candles?
Wax melts are individual cubes of wax that are burnt in a warmer, without coming into direct contact with the flame. Because the wax melt does not come into contact with a naked flame, the scent throw is greater than a candle.
