Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on used items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We can only accept returns for orders placed via our website
You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
To start a return, you can contact us at hellosmellywaxcompany@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 14 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hellosmellywaxcompany@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
